Kotoba Dojo is an AI communication training game. In each round, you are shown a target and asked to describe it in your own words. Your text is sent to an AI system, which generates an image from your description and produces a score together with written coaching.
The Service is intended for practice and skill development in expressing yourself precisely to AI systems. It is not a professional certification, and it does not provide professional advice of any kind.
Credits are the unit of consumption on the Service. Different features cost different numbers of credits, according to the schedule below.

Credits are consumed when a round is submitted, including retries. The exact credit cost of an action is always displayed before you confirm it, and we will never deduct more credits than the amount shown at that point. If we change the credit cost of an existing feature, the change applies prospectively and the updated cost is shown before you confirm.

Before you pay, we clearly disclose the price, billing frequency, and that the subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Express consent to recurring billing. Checkout is hosted by Stripe Checkout. The price, the billing interval, and the fact that the subscription renews automatically until cancelled are displayed immediately adjacent to the payment button, and by activating that button you give your express consent to being charged on a recurring basis on those terms. No subscription begins without that step.
Confirmation by email. After a successful purchase you receive an email confirmation (issued as a Stripe receipt) setting out the price paid, the renewal interval, and how to cancel. Please keep it for your records. If it does not reach you, contact support@letiziainc.com and we will re-send it.
Changes to price or terms. We may change these terms or our prices. Where a change is materially adverse to you, or increases what you pay, it takes effect no earlier than 30 days after we notify you individually by email. If you do not want the change, you may cancel free of charge at any time before it takes effect.
EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason.
Because credits let you use paid content immediately, when you spend a credit you expressly request that we begin performance right away, and you acknowledge that your withdrawal right is lost once content has been consumed (i.e. once a credit has been used for a round). Credits you have not yet used remain covered by your withdrawal right during the 14-day window.
Automatic credit restoration. Separately from refunds, we restore credits to your balance automatically, without you having to ask, where a round fails for a reason that is not your fault:
If a credit is not restored automatically in one of these situations, write to support@letiziainc.com and we will restore it.
When credits are forfeited. You lose a credit only where your submission clearly breached our acceptable-use rules — that is, the prohibited uses listed in section 拾 or the content restrictions in section 捌. We do not forfeit credits for borderline, ambiguous, or mistaken blocks, and a filter stopping your round is not by itself treated as misconduct.
Images, scores, and coaching text on the Service are machine-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Two identical prompts may produce different results.
Scores and coaching are provided for training purposes only. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or educational advice, and they are not an objective measure of your ability.
You must not submit prompts containing illegal, infringing, or harmful content, including content that violates the rights of others. We may refuse, filter, or block inputs and outputs that breach these terms.
Where a block is erroneous — that is, where what you submitted did not in fact breach these terms — the credit is restored to your balance automatically, as described in section 漆. A credit is forfeited only where the submission clearly breached our acceptable-use rules.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may add, change, or remove levels and free features at any time.
Paid features. Where a feature forms part of what you have paid for, we will materially change or remove it only for a valid reason, namely:
Where such a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give you reasonable advance notice by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel free of charge at any time before then. Where a paid feature is materially removed, we will provide, at your election, equivalent credits or a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of what you paid for it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Nothing in this clause deprives consumers of mandatory protections, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence, where such rights cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post notice of material changes on the site. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms — except that price increases and materially adverse changes follow the 30-day individual-notice process in section 陸.
If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription as described above.
