The data controller for Kotoba Dojo is Letizia Inc., a company registered in Japan.

弐Data we collect

Category	What it includes
Account information	Your email address and basic profile details you provide.
Authentication data	Login sessions, tokens, and related security records.
Payment data	Handled by Stripe. We never store your card number. We receive only limited billing metadata such as subscription status and the last four digits of your card.
Gameplay data	The prompts you submit, the images generated from them, your scores, and your level progress.
Usage analytics	Pages visited, feature usage, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Advertising data	For the free tier only, ad delivery and measurement data collected via Google AdSense.

参How your prompts are processed

When you submit a round, your text is sent to third-party AI providers — an image generation API and the Anthropic Claude API — solely in order to generate the resulting image and produce your score and coaching.

We do not use your prompts to train our own models. Processing by these providers is governed by their own terms and privacy commitments as our processors.

Please avoid entering personal or confidential information into prompts. Anything you type is transmitted to these providers as part of generating your round.

Fraud prevention — detecting duplicate accounts, credit abuse, and automated play.
Improvement — understanding how the Service is used so we can make it better.

陸Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account remains active, and afterwards for as long as required by applicable law (for example, tax and accounting record-keeping obligations).

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Some records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them.

漆Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Delete your data.
Port your data — receive it in a portable format.

We operate from Japan and use service providers located in other countries. Your data may therefore be processed outside the country in which you live, including in jurisdictions whose data protection laws differ from your own.
