壱Operator

Kotoba Dojo (“the Service”) is operated by Letizia Inc., a company registered in Japan (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

弐The service

Kotoba Dojo is an AI communication training game. In each round, you are shown a target and asked to describe it in your own words. Your text is sent to an AI system, which generates an image from your description and produces a score together with written coaching.

The Service is intended for practice and skill development in expressing yourself precisely to AI systems. It is not a professional certification, and it does not provide professional advice of any kind.

参Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account, and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits is not permitted.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

肆Credits & subscriptions

1 credit = 1 round, where a round consists of one image generation plus one evaluation. Credits are consumed when a round is submitted, including retries.

• Subscription credits reset each month and do not roll over. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period.
• Top-up credits persist for as long as your subscription remains active. They do not expire while you are subscribed.
• A free, ad-supported tier is available. It is limited to white-belt levels and requires viewing advertisements to play.

伍Payments & cancellation

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• No refunds are given for credits already used.
• Refunds for unused full billing periods are handled in accordance with applicable law.

陸AI-generated content

Images, scores, and coaching text on the Service are machine-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Two identical prompts may produce different results.

Scores and coaching are provided for training purposes only. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or educational advice, and they are not an objective measure of your ability.

You must not submit prompts containing illegal, infringing, or harmful content, including content that violates the rights of others. We may refuse, filter, or block inputs and outputs at our discretion, and doing so may consume a credit.

漆Intellectual property

• The site design, level content, and branding of Kotoba Dojo are owned by Letizia Inc. and are protected by intellectual property law.
• You retain any rights you hold in the prompts you write.
• We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to the images generated in your own rounds. Rights in AI-generated output vary by jurisdiction, and we make no warranty that such output is protectable or free of third-party rights.
• You grant us a limited licence to process and store your prompts and generated content as needed to operate the Service.

捌Prohibited use

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying models or prompts.
• Engage in credit fraud, including chargeback abuse or exploiting bugs to obtain credits.
• Use bots, scripts, or any form of automated play.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service or its content.

玖Availability & changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may add, change, or remove levels and features at any time. We may change pricing with advance notice to affected subscribers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

拾Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.

拾壱Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

拾弐Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post notice of material changes on the site. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription as described above.
